Standard Cleaning Services:

Small Office (up to 1,000 sq ft): $100 - $150 per visit
Medium Office (1,000 - 3,000 sq ft): $150 - $250 per visit
Large Office (3,000 - 5,000 sq ft): $250 - $400 per visit

Dusting: Dusting of surfaces, furniture, and fixtures.
Vacuuming and/or Sweeping: Vacuuming carpets and rugs, and sweeping or mopping hard floors.
Bathroom Cleaning: Cleaning and sanitizing the sink, toilet, tub, and/or shower.
Kitchen Cleaning: Wiping down countertops, cleaning the sink, and exterior of appliances.
Trash Removal: Emptying trash bins and replacing liners.
Surface Cleaning: Wiping down surfaces such as countertops, tables, and desks.
Mirrors and Glass Cleaning: Cleaning mirrors and glass surfaces.
Light Tidying: Light organization of items and straightening up.
Floor Spot Cleaning: Spot cleaning of spills and stains on carpets or floors.
Basic Restocking: Restocking toilet paper, paper towels, and soap if needed.

Deep Cleaning Services:

All Rooms:
- Dusting of all surfaces, including furniture, shelves, and baseboards.
- Cleaning of mirrors and glass surfaces.
- Vacuuming carpets and rugs, and mopping hard floors.
- Cleaning light fixtures, ceiling fans, and air vents.
- Emptying and cleaning trash bins.
Kitchen:
- Cleaning and sanitizing countertops.
- Cleaning the exterior of appliances, such as the refrigerator, oven, and dishwasher.
- Cleaning the sink and faucet.
- Wiping down cabinet exteriors.
Bathrooms:
- Cleaning and sanitizing the sink, countertop, and faucet.
- Cleaning and disinfecting the toilet, including the bowl, seat, and exterior.
- Cleaning and disinfecting the shower and bathtub.
- Cleaning and shining fixtures.
Bedrooms:
- Changing bed linens (if requested).

Rough post-construction involves removing debris, dust, and dirt from the construction site.

While final post-construction includes a more detailed cleaning to prepare the site for occupancy.
